Bab Zuweila is one of the three remaining gates in the city wall of Old Cairo, the capital of Egypt. It was also known as the Metwally Gate in the Ottoman era. It is considered one of the main landmarks of the city and is the last remaining southern gate from the walls of Cairo in the Fatimid period
